Other than having been repainted red at an earlier date, we received this great looking numbers matching, all original car, and began a full restoration and repair of this 1968 Porsche 912. We began the restoration by pulling the engine and removing the interior, we then stripped the exterior to bar metal and repaired some minor rust problems. While the body was being worked on, the motor was rebuilt and interior parts were ordered. Once the car was finished out to it’s original light ivory color, the engine was installed and the interior was reinstalled having been completely re-done.
